I'm looking to buy a used dodge 3/4 or 1 ton diesel truck. What are some of the things to look out for?

It seems to me that people are getting rid of there trucks at around 150k miles. What starts to go wrong with these trucks?
I know the cummins motor is good for 400k miles or so. But I was wondering about the rest of the truck...
