I don’t have the vin # or anything on this truck because it belongs to my son and his dad co-signed for it.
Its a 2007, bought from Supreme dealership in Hammond, La. its a used truck. Not even after he had it the transmission went out, he took it
to All Star transmission, they had it, then it went to the Chrysler dealer in Hammond, La. to fix the electrical, and to this day, he’s paying a big note on a truck he can’t drive. I want your company, to do something about this matter as soon as possible. You advertise how strong a Dodge truck is, then why can’t this fairly new truck get out of the shop. My son has no way to get his job now, and I want you to send me a letter saying the Dodge company will provide him a rental truck and your company is going to pay for it, while this lemon of a truck is in the shop. Soon it will be one year and he still can’t drive it. I am totally upset about this, I
put $3,0000.00 of my hard earned money into this truck so my son could have a safe ride, and the truck can’t get out of the shop. I want your company to do something about this today. I am thinking about going to a lawyer about this situation.
