99 Dodge Ram 2500 p1763 code?

I have 99 Pickup Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 5.9L petrol. code is executed voltage Governor pressure sensor p1763 is too high. transmission is also a difficult time changing.

Replace the governor pressure sensor in the valve body. I also recommend to replace the governor valve which is next to him at the same time. two of these pieces are many problems, and I will not replace one without the other.

When you drop the bread that is on the right side of the valve body, you must remove the 2 screws and bolts Torx T-25 4 7 / 16 of the valve body and remove the body of Governor then replace the parts.

Change the filter while you're there. On rare occasions a little upstream O2 sensor is code because it shares the same 5V reference. disconnect the sensor and take a short drive to see if the problem disappears.
