Help! My truck trips and dollars when I mph.The tachometer 10 to 30 jumps about 500 to 1000 rpm.?

2005 Dodge Ram Hemi engine. Truck idle.Idle loses a little is sometimes a little erratic in startup.Engine feels like drowning in 10 to 30 mph tachometer jumps back and forth surges this little dog acts speed.Truck outlets times.New, wires.Does This sometimes at high speeds also.This is driving me crazy.I I do not like my truck is not working well. There are also codes up.Throttle body is nice and clean.Cleaned help valve.Please EGR.

By Brandon the throttle body (carb) is a box black plastic with 3 small screws and a plug wire. This device is called a "Potimeter" and senses the position of the (pedal) of attachment.
