Where to find free / cheap Consumer Reports?

I'm looking at buying a Dodge Neon 2004 with just over 35K miles on it and want to see what consumer reports say (and willing to take any people can have constructive comments ... please leave the "Dodge Sucks" comments outside friends). looking for any line because I will try tonight, but thanks for the suggestions also Library.

Consumer Reports is not a good source automotive information. They have a long and proud history of missing the point completely different vehicle. Its reliability expected, "" appears based on the history of the manufacturer because they actually have "reliability expected" for new models. That may be fair to Honda (which have not produced a bad car in my life) but not for Chrysler, Ford and GM (whose reliability has been all over the map).
