Dodge Ram Engine Codes
Anyone know what engine code 1491 check is for an '02 Dodge Ram 1500?
The check engine light came on my truck '02 Dodge Ram the other day. I took it to Autozone and made a diagnosis. The guy said the code was 1491 and was for emission controls and that I had to go to my delear to find out specifically what it was. Does anyone know what the code means?
See if fuse is blown 39, must be 25 amps, is in the dwelling unit under the hood. If you leave, if it is replaced.

Plymouth also received a version of the truck known as the Arrow Truck, sold from 1979 to 1982. Mitsubishi itself imported it as the Mitsubishi Mighty Max when it began selling directly in the U.S. from 1982, at which point the Plymouth ceased to be available. Four wheel drive was added for 1982, creating the Power Ram 50 according to Dodges nomenclature (the Power Ram name was used for four wheel drive models).
