suspension lift on dodge ram?
im going to put a 5 inch suspension lift onto my 1996 dodge ram 1500
after im going too put 33 inch tires onto it
do i need like a steering stabalizer and new shocks and what not, or im not sure what how too put it on either?
if your lifting it that high you do, the stock shocks wont handle that much of a lift,if you buy a complete lift kit though it usually comes with the shocks and all ,but they do charge a lot more for the complete kits these days ,you can lift it and go with cheaper shock and still get a good ride from it,if you order kit to do it with it should come with a pretty good set of instructions on how to get started doing this,good luck.
