How can I correct the P0703 code in a Dodge Stratus 2002?
I did a diagnostic on the car and returned with the code. Switch brake B Circuit malfunction. I erased the code of the car, but returns. What should I do to fix this problem?
The PCM monitors changes in voltage from the brake switch input. If the PCM PCM terminal 1AU not detect AC voltage variations, while the acceleration and deceleration of 8 times, the PCM determines that the brake switch circuit failed. • Brake switch • Poor connection of a malfunctioning brake switch connector or PCM connector • Cut energy supply in wiring harness between brake switch terminal D and PCM terminal connector • Open circuit in 1AU wiring harness between brake switch terminal D and PCM terminal 1AU connector • Open circuit in wiring harness between battery positive terminal and brake malfunction of the switch terminals • PCM
