Why Chyrsler / Jeep / Dodge dealers have to sell cars on 9 June 2009?

I understand they are in a bankuptcy right now but why are distributors for their department cloing Chrysler must sell all Chrysler vehicles by next week? Is there any reason they can not keep them on the lot to sell until they usually sell?

They owe money and that Chrysler is part of the bankruptcy reorganization.
