I recently purchased a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4, 4.7L V-8. Any way to improve gas mileage?

Ive already bought an air filter K & N, and a "Tornado". Gas is a little better. would a flowmaster with Turndowns increase my gas mileage and power? Or should I go with dual exhaust coming out the back? im trying not to spend much money.

You could have just went with a good melody and the K & N air filter and fine one, the purchase of a tornado really was a waste of good money, those things do not actually help one to get more energy or fuel consumption, keeping it tuned and tires all air until the appropriate amount will help more than anything, good luck.
